Interior When inner values count From outstanding spaciousness for bag and baggage, thanks also to the extended wheelbase, to an abundant range of standard features such as the multifunction steering wheel with hard keys or the door trim in the vehicle colour through to the optional tilting and sliding panoramic sunroof that offers passengers an unrestricted view of the sky. You can gently illuminate the interior of the new Tayron optionally in up to 30 colours thanks to background lighting, to reflect your own personal lighting mood.

     Just see what you want to see The smart high-resolution 10.2 inch Digital Cockpit Pro not only shows you the speed, but allows you to keep an eye on the navigation map or the title of the track you’re listening to right now. Simply set the display as you want it.
    From sporty to comfortable at the press of a button Driving experience control allows you to switch the driving modes on your new Tayron with ease. Multiple settings can also be adapted at the same time with the atmospheres function: from background lighting to music playback through to custom presentation of the Digital Cockpit Pro.
    Spaciously flexible You can adjust the second seat row in the new Tayron to suit your particular needs in any given situation. Whether for seven people with a luggage compartment capacity of up to 850 litres (with the third row folded down), as a five-seater eHybrid with up to 705 litres of luggage space. And should you ever need the entire storage volume, you can fold down all seats to create a virtually flat luggage compartment floor.

       Light that thinks for itself The optional IQ.LIGHT HD matrix headlights with Dynamic Light Assist main-beam control light up the road ahead, without dazzling other road users. The optionally available animated turn signal is a special highlight of the HD matrix headlights. The new Tayron’s signature light impresses with standard light strips on the radiator grille and rear, surround lighting, illuminated door handles and luminous Volkswagen logos front and rear.
      When pulling power counts The new Tayron can tow up to 2.4 tonnes (4MOTION derivatives) – from a camper van to a horse trailer. This is thanks to a drawbar load of 100 kg, which is sufficient for up to three e-bikes. The optional towing bracket is concealed under the rear and semi-automatically folds down when required at the press of a button.
      Gives you a free hand The new Tayron opens itself as soon as your hand nears the door handle, so you no longer need to remove your car key from your bag. And for at least the same convenience when you get in, the engine can be started simply by pressing a button.
      Exterior Outright impressive Developed and manufactured in Wolfsburg, designed with the world in mind: the new Tayron enhances Volkswagen’s SUV family. The sporty design of the Tayron impresses down to the last detail – from the striking front section, to the door panelling in the vehicle colour, to the four different and optional 20-inch alloy wheels. With a standard range of features including ambient lighting, illuminated Volkswagen logos on the front and rear, new main beam headlights and new tail lights with dynamic turn signals, the Tayron sets stylish accents. The optionally available IQ.LIGHT HD matrix headlights are yet another absolute highlight.
      Exciting Feature IDA voice assistant The IDA voice assistant enables you to conveniently operate your infotainment system with your voice. For instance, select the correct station, the address book entry you want or a telephone number. Start the function by saying “Hello IDA” and make the vehicle an intelligent conversation partner. The voice assistant also understands open phrases such as “I'm cold” or “Where can I find fine-dining restaurants in Dublin?”. It asks questions and can be interrupted. In addition, IDA uses digital microphones to recognise whether the driver or the front passenger is speaking, for example to fulfil specific air conditioning wishes. The voice assistant can also be seen visually on the central display and interactions can be tracked using graphics. A very clever feature: from now on, you can access the artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT whilst travelling – to get more information, do research or simply for your entertainment.
