Job Title: Customer Relationship Advisor

Responsible to:Service Manager

Responsible for:N/A

Main Purpose of Job:

  • To welcome customers to the Service Department and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the organisation of service bookings.
  • Actively contribute a positive manner to the day to day running of the service department and the well being of the customers.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong communication skills with internal and external customers, suppliers and the manufacturer;

Strong problem solving ability to identify and resolve dissatisfied customers issues in a professional and empathetic manner;

Possess strong attention to detail with administrative functions;

Work independently in a busy, active environment, managing own time and workflow effectively;
